Rising Foundations

(RDA™ – 6-Month Program)

Overview

The Rising Foundations program offers a complete evaluation process designed to thoroughly assess and support your child’s developmental needs. It includes four assessment sessions, detailed video analysis, collaborative planning with parents, and the creation of a personalized treatment plan. Families also receive 10 training and coaching sessions, which may involve parent-child sessions, parent-only coaching, or consultations via Zoom or phone. The personalized treatment plan will include clear developmental, sensory, and motor goals, with referrals to additional therapies if needed. Ongoing support is available via phone and email for general questions, and visual screening with recommendations can be provided when appropriate.

Guidance tailored to your families needs

When carers feel supported and equipped, their children benefit too—through quicker access to appropriate services, a more stable and understanding home environment, and stronger advocacy that helps ensure their needs are met. Ultimately, the Rising Foundations program is about helping families move forward—together—with purpose, support, and hope.

Weekly check-ins

Every family is different. That’s why we take the time to understand your unique situation and provide tailored support that meets you where you are—whether you're new to the journey or navigating a new stage.

Emotional support for carers

Caring for a neurodivergent child can be emotionally demanding. Our program offers a compassionate space for you to feel heard, validated, and supported as you care for your child—and yourself.

Simplifying the system

From school supports to therapy options, the system can feel like a maze. We break it down for you, helping you access the right services, complete paperwork, and understand what’s available—without the overwhelm.

Ongoing support

As your child grows, their needs will change. We’re here for the long haul, offering continuous support, resources, and check-ins so you always feel equipped to face what’s next.
